Back on track. I was thinking about this one, and I decided tthat having great strength sounds like a lot more fun than not having much. Easy choice, right?

I definitely have eight distinct abs now, and I am pretty excited about it. A bunch of us in my dorm are taking on this goal, and making cool progress. We want the girls we’re friends with to be happy, so this is our way of saying “thank you”

I saw someone who had the absolute most insane six-pack I’ve ever seen! I am way jealous, and now I’m inspired to work to make it happen. Being that ridiculously cut seems like a fun goal, and I’m working on it.

YES! I was making a shower this morning when i saw that my exercises are working. I did 175 twist sit-ups last night, which is my new record, and it felt great. I’ll try to do it again tonight!

More sit-ups. I just started to wonder, at which point will I say “good enough!” ? I hope it happens eventually, because sit-ups are a little boring.

I’ve started doing as many sit-ups as I can every night before bed. Before, I was doing crunches, and those did make my abs stronger and all of the muscles there firmer, but they didn’t help with definition at all, so now it’s sit-ups and lots of running. Wish me luck!
