take self defence classes

Every women should have knowledge of how to defend herself. It’s a dangerous world out there and it’s better to be prepared.

I talked to a lady at Jan De Jong today,
She says the self defence course instructor has just had a baby and won’t be teaching for three months.
That’s okay, I can wait.
I’ll do that then.

The Jan De Jong women’s self defence course in Perth comes highly recommended.
I will look into them later this week.

i don’t know why i want to do this so badly, i just do. i doubt i’d be much good, but it’d still be bloody fun. plus useful. so maybe sometime in the future i’ll have time for this.
