get a good cheap apartment in Melbourne

Got it!
Not the one we really wanted first, but another that is just as nice almost. It does not have a bathtub or a courtyard. But on the plus side it is close to my work and close to all the cool shops and resturants.

Mostly I glad we got a 2 room place and that we dont have to worry about it anymore :)

the place we realy wanted has 20 other interested…and the aget handeling the property has not been very nice to us.

But then my husband found another place, which he went and had a look at yesterday. It was really nice and even though there had been many people looking, no one had put in a application yet. So there might be a better chance of us getting this place.

Added factors, this new place is closer to my work and also closer to the very hip and cool street in the area :D

Found this great flat on an online real estate page last night. I so want it!!! Now Im waiting for a decent time (9 am) so I can call the agent. Crossing fingers that its not gone already..

got the job! so now we can really start looking for a place to live. Was lucky enough to get a job in a area where the rent is a bit cheaper then more popular aeas of the city. So we can afford a 2 roms flat :)

This is hard ! What we can afford and where we will end up living is so up to how much work I get. In the area I want to live the rent is so much higher…. It seem a bit useless to move to the big city and end up living 30 min trainride away from the city centre (where the cheaper appartments are..)

the ones I have had a look at on the net looks oki though, some are even very nice and not to high rent.

will work harder on this at end of November when the appartments availble from end of December (when we need it) will be advertised.
