See Dylan Moran live

I’ve wanted to see him live. He has some gigs this year, but there all in London, Edinburgh or Dublin D:

Manda and I were a little disappointed. He appeared to have tailored some material to Australia – meaning he spent a lot of time saying how hot it was here. Other topics he didn’t go far enough with. We got the sense of a brilliant mind not trying very hard.

Saw him at the Brighton Dome last month. The guy is a genius… being Irish, he has the gift of the gab… but to have the surreal insights that he does – pure genius. He had the audience in stitches (of course) as he rambled on, swigging alternately from a teacup, a wine glass and a beer bottle throughout the night. One particular highlight was Arnie Schwarzeneggar’s (sic) job before governing and acting. “The guy LIFTED things for a living. Most normal people avoid lifting things if they can help it.” My only quibble: His set clocked in at approximately 2 twenty minute halves – way too short a time to spend in his company.

i’m giving up on this specific wording of this goal because I’m changing my goals around and … yeah
