instead of having 3 moving boxes full of cds i now only have 1 little ikea box (the ones you can put into shelves ..) with the cds i really really like and will never give away.
the other ones are packed up and are ready to be taken away (probably by my father since he loves new music).
the good ones of those are now stored on my computer in super fancy flac format to preserve the quality.

another good reason to do this is that i don’t even own a cd player! all i have is my laptop, so having it in digital form makes perfect sense. 21 months ago

this is part of my minimize goal. i’m currently digitizing my music collection and then sorting out/giving away the ones i don’t want to keep anymore. 21 months ago
