Rehabbing my building

Some 14 years ago, I began working on the brick and mortar building. Now, after the remission of cancer, and the loss of my husband, I am rehabbing it more fully. The bldg. is 12k+ sq. ft. I have a plan. Working on the roof has been fun. Treating the flashing is like playing in the mud. Arduous work, and also fun! I ordered books on how to do the work. A friend offered to work with me, and get paid in money, meals, and my husband’s tools! What a great friend. We have had some laughs with the latest plumbing work. I thank God each day for his kindness and the detail he goes to thinking through what to do next.
