I love yoga. I just never know when to do it…and I don’t have the space…well not unless I move stuff around in my living room…which I’m too lazy to do usually. BUT I did buy a flab fighting yoga book. Hopefully I can accomplish 3 of my things on my list: practice yoga more often, get a flat stomach, lose 80 pounds!

I tried to do yoga once or twice recently… I like it but I feel like an oaf (sp?)... I’m so uncoordinated… but I want to keep at it anyway and learn and benefit from yoga.
I LOVE hot yoga! And there is a hot yoga (Hatha) right near my house. Do I go? No! And I should go more. I need to get motivated to do it more, my flexibity and strength will only benefit from it. Ok, a must do this year.
I’ve done the yoga DVD twice now. I do like it. And there are meditations on the special features part! I’m going to try and do the prosperity one for 40 days. It’s only 11 minutes.
did yoga today…felt good to stretch, focus on doing it three mornings next week
Joined a new gym that has the type of yoga I like … at other locations other than the one in my neighborhood. But this one isn’t too far away, and it’s near some good shopping! The setting wasn’t as nice, but it was free with my gym membership! Sundays at 10am are tough, but it’s a goal!
