    get up: 6:13 AM (because I left my cell phone across the room!!! it kept buzzing ;)—or maybe I had found the ultimate trick of getting up in the morning

    Went to bed at 10:41, and got up at 6:24

    tremendous progress! I’m so happy with myself. Hope I can keep this up.



    Why I have to do this 8 months ago

    I stayed up all night a few nights ago, then go to bed at about 2 pm everyday, sometimes get up early, sometimes at 12:30 am. And now I’m having serious headaches, and throughout the day, I feel so tired that I can’t concentrate. I know it’s cliche to blame bad sleep cycle for my own lack of productivity, but I really need to change this.

    So from today on, I will note down the time I go to bed and get up everyday. Wish me luck~
