So I am right in linking depression to bad nutrition.

I mentioned banana and apple a day as well as 2 litres of water because the brain takes up 70% of water in the body… isn’t that amazing… ; )

My son’s advise to buy myself a small smart car so I can be able to ride around in that…

He has taken my car and I’m having to ask to borrow it when I need it.. then he made me get rid of the small run around I had because MY no claims bonus was fully needed on the X5 to keep the insurance payments down… so I pointed this out to him and his reply was now he doesn’t care about my no claims bonus as he is paying a premium for the points on his licence anyway…

LOL – So I AM no longer needed so I should go buy another car so I don;t disturb his highness by borrowing the big x5 from him which is causing inconvenience.
