We have a timescale of about four and a half months, before I go back to Australia so it’s time to kick this into gear.
Going to try and go for a good long walk at least three times a week, not including walking to university.
Going to start again with my DS diet coach doo-dah.
Cereal two/three times a day and one big, healthy meal.
Switching fat coke for diet/zero and eventually going to try to stick to water.
Monday nights stay the same, with a few ciders at Jekyll & Hyde; got to treat myself now and then right?
