write a novel or short stories in Maltese

Lately all the inspiration I gather from everyday life is channelled towards particular phrases and words in my native language, Maltese. I feel the urge to write, but most times I’m in a hurry, or cannot concentrate, or both. I’d really like to just sit down and gather all the bits and pieces together, and write something good, significant, and worthy of the time people will take to read it. I really think I could write something good given enough time and space. I wish September could come by fast so the few bits of spare time I’ll have will be dedicated to this new project.
