build a shrine

I built 2 (couldn’t decide between indoors and outdoors lol). Both of them ended up being very plain and nature inspired. I thought about building a public one but that seemed, in my mind, to require a more polished look than I feel is needed in a shrine. Definitely want to build more.

Wow..there are so many options! Should I make a little personal shrine? A public shrine (maybe down a forest trail)? One of those box shrines that only gets opened on special holidays?

It needs a place for incense. But if its indoors, definately no food offerings. Found objects have a big appeal to me. Kind of like letting fate and destiny help shape the shrine. Yeah, time to dumpster dive.
