do a photo shoot

I’m a teacher and I ran into one of my past students. She’s a model now – it seems like she’s fairly successful in a local/minor kind of way. I’d love to use her as a model for a photo shoot… but I’m not sure she’d be game. Not that she’s anywhere near this famous, but it would be like asking a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model if she would model for me. Perhaps she’d be game?

I want to do a photo shoot and start a portfolio and get my name out there.

I’d like to do a photo shoot with an attractive young lady. Not a kid. And I don’t want to do nudity. Just a woman, a location, and a camera. Interested? of course i have at least 1 other shoot in mind that i want to do…some more artsy fart stuff…mmmmhm

I was asked to take some photos of a zombie thing for my friend’s comic book’s advertising campaign. I had to do the zombie make up also and I seemed to be incredibly scattered. The costume looked awesome, but the makeup was a little rough because my sponges weren’t making the makeup blend very well… It was actually very weird. So my zombie looked streaky… and the lighting really wasn’t that great either as I just used ambient light. I photoshopped some of the pictures and improved them a little bit, but I think my friend is going to ask for more. We even only did one pose, just from different angles. It was kind of difficult because I didn’t know what else to do… and my mother was home and afraid I would mess the house up, so that wasn’t helping.

I wouldn’t mind doing it again for him. I’m more than willing, as it was very fun.

That I want to conduct the photo shoot. This shouldn’t be too hard as I am a photographer to some degree… I just need to actually do it. And I want it to be a more studio-type thing. Knowing me, though, it’s going to be more of a set than a studio.

It’s not too bad, but they made me into some kinda person I wasn’t – maybve that is the whole purpose of it. We did a few pictures in just my jeans and white tee shirt with hay bails as the back drop then they moved on to me wearing a nice hugging boob tube with mini skirt – i felt comfortable in this as the guy taking the pictures was really really nice. They asked me if I would hold/smoke a cigarette for some of the pictures – I wasn’t too sure but I did hold one for a couple of pictures – they had showen me pictures of girls who use cigarettes in their shoots and they look amazing – so glamorous.

They must have taken around 800 picutres. I bought a book with about 20 of the best – I look amazing! I would do it again.
