Only one more day to go for this week’s goal to be met.
How to exercise 4 times a week!
How I did it: I started by exercising three times a week. I kept that up for about six months, and then decided to add an extra day.
I like to do a variety of things, so I don't get bored: running, walking, swimming, cardio kickbox, indoor rock climbing, dancing, etc.
Lessons & tips: Find a schedule that works for you, and prioritize your work-outs. And keep it fun and interesting. :)

My week is going to run from Monday -Sunday.
Today is Tuesday. I did 1.5 miles on the eliptical. Only 3 more days to go. I think I need to do this for 6 months to a year before I can check it off. I’ve done this before for a month or two, but never consistantly for a full year.
Kara is all love.
I am changeling myself to exercise 4x a week for the rest of 2009.
I want to continue with it in 2010 if I can get into a rhythm.
Up until a few weeks ago I was pretty good about doing it 3-4 times a week, but I seem to have fallen off the band wagon somewhere along the way!
I think my problem is that I let my life get in the way, and what I really need to do is think about my time exercising, as an important part of my life, and not just something I have to do.
So beginning this week, I’m going back to 4x a week! :)

I know I can fit in one more but it is getting that 4th time in that is killing this one for me. Well obviously right? Especially since it is 4 times and not three times. I want to get on the ball but I just end resting until Sunday again when I go to my bootcamp class. I know I can fit another in but it is getting the motivation to do it.

At the begining of each week, I’m going to plan my four sorts of exercise and on which nights I’ll do them. That ought to keep the variety and excitement. Also, choosing the days shortly before hand makes the whole thing alot more flexible.
I was doing fine, slowing increasing my Dead Lifts, climbing stairs, doing kettlebell swings, and about 2 weeks ago I had no energy, felt too weak to do anything requiring strength. My physician said I probably got a touch (no fever, lungs clear, no aches and pains – just tired) of whatever was going around. I stayed home from work 3 days, and still felt wiped out.
Today I started up with Kettlebell Swings again, and I’m now tired, but I’ll sleep well after the workout. I’ll see how I feel tomorrow.
I haven’t done a thing in 3 months! I am determined to get back into it. Tonight I will do an all-over body thing and also hit the treadmill for 25 minutes or so. Gotta start slow so I don’t get too sore.
I’m currently exercising 4 times a week by doing the following:
Monday: 45 minutes of Spin, 10 minutes of rowing, 25 minutes of resistance training and one hour of yoga.
Wednesday: One hour of Spin/Circuit
Thursday: One hour of yoga
Friday: 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of resistance training
Saturday: 50 minutes of Spin and 45 minutes of Abs/Stretch
I have exercised on Sun. and Mon. and woke up early today for a 12 min. walk. Maybe I will walk some more today during a break.
I exercise about 2-3 times a week now. I want to be more consistent and get more motivated.
