    On my to-do list has been ordering this book and some of the other books that 43ers have published. Thanks to SG’s entry on this, all I had to do was click this link and I was taken to the page where I could order my copy. I missed out on the free shipping deal by a few months, but it’s still worth every dime. Heck, I’ll even have to ship it off to TAJ himself to get it inscribed.
