wow, i never really thought abput this. hmmm…but now that i do think about it, i guess i want to. but i have a bad memory about skipping rocks. let’s just say it involved a friend, a fairly big rock, and a lot of pain on my head.

My father was very good at this. There are probably stones still skipping around on the world’s oceans that he originally threw, that’s how good he seemed to me.
I used to skip rocks a lot at my grandma and grandpa Andersons lake when I was a kid. Its so meditative. I am sure I can make time to skip some rocks on Lake Michigan this summer.
I love skipping rocks, It’s nice because sometimes you can’t so you’re always happy when you do! It’s also quite impressive, and nice to teach someone how.
Find a really flat stone, rest it on your index and hold with your thumb, throw it as if you were throwing it on the water so when it flies over the water it will hit it and keep going.
