I can touch the floor with my fingertips while standing with my legs straight… shouldn’t take too long to achieve the palms if I work a bit every day at my stretching!

Worth doing!

I did it properly today at the yoga class! :) It was a little bit painful but I did it for a few seconds.
I’m really impressed. I’m doing yoga once a week for less than 1 month and my flexibility has already improved greatly.

Finally, I’m more flexible than I thought… I can put my entire fingers and only a part of my palms on the floor without bending my knees. But I already have started yoga classes so I will improve this.

I’m ridiculously overweight right now, so I’m really proud of how flexible I am. If my legs are together and my knees are locked, I can touch the entire length of my fingers to the floor. Not too much longer before I’ll be able to do the palms!!

I’m stretching daily. Now I can put my entire fingers on the floor and stay like that for a few seconds. I think I’ve made some improvement. I wish I was more flexible. :P
