This baby bump is getting in the way = ) I may have to wait until after May for this one.
Lauren Ventriello is starting over.
How I did it: I reached this goal by accident! All you have to do is stretch regularly (every morning?) and before you know it your palms will touch the floor and you'll want to stretch all the time. Read how I did it…

I think I have to be the least flexible person in the entire world. I’ve played football my entire life, so my legs are stiff as poles.
When I’m warm, I can touch my toes with my fingers while sitting down, but that’s after a full hour of intense workout. I have a looong way to go to be able to acheive this goal. But I’m currently trying a few new things. Pilates wasn’t for me though, but yoga was fun. Will see how it goes.=)

i spend one or two minutes through out the day stretching. while my coffee or tea is brewing, if my shoes need to be tied, during a water break, just bend at the waist and stretch the hands down to the floor. noticeable improvement in one week! TIP: do not do a quick stretch with food in your mouth, it will get into your sinus and burn!
Hmmm I’ve always been able to do this?? I think flexibility has a lot to do with genetics, but if you stretch enough I would think most people will be able to accomplish this..
I can reach my toes with my fingertips. Now just to get those hands all the way down.

I did it properly today at the yoga class! :) It was a little bit painful but I did it for a few seconds.
I’m really impressed. I’m doing yoga once a week for less than 1 month and my flexibility has already improved greatly.
