make improvements at work

Doing it. Face up standard is way higher, carton rate is improving, everything is getting done consistently… Well on the way to fixing it up =)

Well I have at least a couple of ideas on how to improve productivity at work – some of them are even tried and tested in my old store – but I’m not allowed to do most of them because they aren’t part of the “Woolworths policies and procedures”... So I have to make suggestions and hope that they get noticed, so here’s hoping I can get them looked at by someone.
