I’ve been making a conscious effort to drink at least four bottles of water every day. It makes me pee all the time, but hey, it’s healthy. As a bonus, it makes me feel full so I don’t eat as much as I normally do.

Drinking more is a good thing to do, because before I felt like crap a lot of the time, and now I don’t :P also, I think drinking more has helped my metabolism, which can’t be a bad thing.
