I said I would go to the gym 2x a week as my new year’s resolution, and did for the first few months of the year. I tapered off for a few months, and then started jogging 2x a week. I’m working on getting up to 3x a week.

I would really like to go more than three times a week, but it seems a sensible place to start. I really have no excuse as I’ve just joined a gym and even have a personal trainer. In fact, I’ll phone him today to book my next appointment.
My new job makes it fairly easy to go to the gym before work, so I’m trying to make that an ingrained habit.
I’ve been pretty good about this the last couple of weeks. Being less depressed (now that I have a job) has made this goal much more achievable! I’m excited to continue working on this. I don’t consider it finished because I don’t have a settled routine of going, but I will hopefully once my work starts. I start work at 9:45 in the morning, which gives me plenty of time to go to the gym beforehand. I’ve been twice this week.
Caught something recently so won’t be making it to the gym until I’m recovered =(
I have the flu. I have been putting off going to the gym for the last couple of days because I’ve felt so fatigued, and yesterday I realized I am pretty sick. I’m not going to go to the gym until I get better. Hopefully I’ll be ok by Saturday.
I only went once. I’ll try to go on my own this week, rather than needing my workout buddies to come with me. Maybe I’ll even try to go before work.
I have plans to go after work today. Even if no one wants to go with me, I’ll go anyway.

Working means I’m tired and have less time where I actually want to go to the gym. I’ve been once this week, and I only have 4 days left, including today. I’ve started counting the week from Monday, it’s just easier. I’ll go tonight. Both of my diet buddies went this morning, I should go today too.
but I’ve been going to the gym about twice a week. I’ll work a little harder to make it to three times. Did 1 hour today on the recumbent bike; 5 minute warm up at L4, then L6 for 35 minutes, then L7 for 20 minutes, then a cool down of 5 minutes. Burned 250 calories.
