I’m sorry I’m late . . . but I really hope you had a very lovely day!

I’d had plans to create a birthday goal for Deni, but working two full-time jobs and late night ambulance calls sucked up my time. So I was glad that Flirt remembered and created this in time for on time birthday wishes. Deni’s been a great partner of mine over the years. She and I raced to 10,000 cheers given a few years ago, and while she hasn’t kept up with my cheer pace, we both have benefitted from each other’s support with our Obsessive Cheer Disorder. I was so thrilled for her successful 10K recently, and wish I had been able to be there again this year like last when we ran together. I’m sure we’ll run again someday though. Here are my wishes for her for the coming year:

May she finally come to terms with her stress-eating as well as accept the importance of sleep and exercise, so she can move into a healthier phase of her life. May she continue to make progress at paying off her debt while also working on building her savings. And may she continue to make progress on that promise she made over two years ago, completing at least one of the five parts this year if not more.

I celebrate your life & its abundance of kindness, moral purpose, & aspiration toward everything good. May this year burst with health, increasing fitness, friendships, intellectual challenges, & spiritual growth!
