If you already are with a person who is your partner, your fiancé or fiancée or spouse, and you have “lost” that intimacy, then you must talk and listen, listen and talk.
Get away from the routine, and either try what used to work, or try something new together, like walking in the wild, on the beach, in the park, going in canoe or kayak, a long train trip in a private car or compartment, or if you cannot afford that, at least take the trip and go to the snack car or observation deck of a car on the passenger train.
You do not have to shell out big bucks for private space. Sometimes even a matinée or unpopular film can have few people, where you can “make out” like teenagers you used to be, or might still be!
Believe in yourself, trust your partner, and give love a chance to flower again.
