well…..in my last post I mentioned the possibility of a door opening regarding the eventual completion of this goal. well…..the door finally opened.
As of April 13th I am the official PR/Marketing director of a local Professional women’s football(American football)team. they are VERY ground floor so I took it on as a volunteer job to start. Since it will be a new career for me I thought it would be wise to take it on as volunteer, learn the job and the ins and outs of the business and when the team takes off I will then have enough knowledge and experience under my belt that I won’t crumble under the pressure of taking it on as a full time paying job. Meanwhile I can learn comfortably and still have a good paying job with benefits to carry me through the process.
Soooooooo…......this is a good thing. It means I have a MUCH busier schedule than I did before, but I really like working my way up into professions so I’m really looking forward to this.

Was contacted recently by a pro football team requesting my resume for an executive position. Hmmmmmm…......
They are relatively new and trying to break ground in our area b/c they are in the all female league. Sort of the ground breaking phase women’s pro basketball was in a few years ago.
Right now any work I do would be voluntary I think but if they take off and I keep the position then this goal is suddenly not that un-attainable.

My family both by birth and by marriage has always been so good to me. I would love to be able to pay off all of their legitimate debts so they wouldn’t have to worry about how they will survive in this society and so they won’t have to scrape by just to make ends meet.
