I’ve got spanish and english down as basics. I’m learning japanese (finally memorized all the kana!), which turns out to be very similar to spanish. I can’t decide on german or russian for a fourth. I want to learn italian, but I figured I’ll leave it for last since it’s easy (I can read it and follow a conversation, I just can’t speak it). Maybe portugese or hindi. I can’t decide…

Ok, so I survived my French and Italian classes. More than that, actually. I got the highest score in my French class this past semester, 99.1 to be exact! Yeah! I also expect to get an A in my Italian class. I’m not continuing in that class, though because the teacher is really bad. Nice person, but bad teacher. So, I’m going to study Portuguese and continue with French. I’m gonna keep going, yeah!!

Ok, so I already know Spanish and a little Portuguese. Now I am studying Italian and French … at the same time!! Call me crazy, but I figure that I must seize the moment. My background in other Romance languages should assist me in picking up two new ones. I have to be honest, though. French is kicking me in the butt with the pronunciation. Oh well… I’ll soldier on.
