How to become a blonde

How I did it: Took me 3 or 4 trips to the salon over a few months to work up from my dark hair to a blonde which I really liked. lots of money, and a couple intermediate root touch ups of my own. It's a bit hard to keep up as well, so I think that my next coloring will probably be at a beauty college. Lessons & tips: make sure you specifiy that you do not want it to be 'streaky.' Some colorists seems to be big fans of 'contrast' or somewhat unnatural looking color. |

How I did it: All I wanted was to try and get my hair one color of blonde. I can't even begin to explain why I wanted the blonde -- it was just a whim. Then I bleached, colored, and even went to the hair salon, and I still didn't get to be the blonde I wanted. So I just dyed it back to a chocolate cherry color, and I'm not going to try it again. I did. Then I was red. Now I’m back to brown. Hair is a little worse for wear, but worth it regardless.

my hair has gotten to long for such rubbish. not going to dye it. but like elsey, nature is making me a blonde, so perhaps it will still happen…

my hair is getting yellower. today a family member at easter dinner asked me if my hair was lighter, so now i know it is noticeable to peoples other than me.
