How I did it: I had to set my vitamin bottle out on the kitchen counter so it was in my face and I remembered to take them. I put them in the kitchen since you have to take them with food and water anyways. Plus, it's a place I see every day.
Lessons & tips: Set the bottle in a place that you will remember to take them.

And now I’m taking more…
I’ve decided to put myself on a woman’s herbal supplement to balance my hormones which seem to have been out of whack since far too long.
I’m getting so much better at taking these, right now I don’t have a regular routine which makes it trickier…

Now that I am making a bigger effort to eat at home & have my morning coffee at home too, it should be easier to make this happen. I have been better lately, but certainly not every day.
It’s funny because I’ve got a cold now… & I always seem to get them when I start taking supplements again…

I have a multivitamin and minerals i should be taking every day. generally my nutrition is poor, so i need to do this.

I can never remember and for someone with low iron this is a real issue. I have got to do this!

To this goal is to incorporate it into part of my routine. I did this once but then I broke it (perhaps by going on holiday?) must get it back!
I will take them right after I brush my teeth in the morning. I think I will even keep them in the bathroom as an experiment.
