Trying to make breakfast and vitamins something that I do every day before I leave the house is helping. I also have a pill organizer which makes it easy to see if I’ve forgotten about taking them.

How I did it: I had to set my vitamin bottle out on the kitchen counter so it was in my face and I remembered to take them. I put them in the kitchen since you have to take them with food and water anyways. Plus, it's a place I see every day. Read how I did it…
