it’s a constant thing to have consious contact with god. but i am working to have my will aligned with gods will for me.

A friend of mine said (paraphrasing) that a persons Highest calling is to know GOD! Think of it! You may have always wanted to be a nurse, or you may feel your calling is to teach, or volunteer or be a minister! But of all the things you aspire and work toward, having a relationship with God, our creator, is your HIGHEST calling of all! Knowing God and having a relationship will allow you an abundance of His love, kindness, giving, peace and patience which will spill over into all other things you choose to do! God first! Be blessed.
