    We’ve eaten at most of the top restaurants in the US and this one is certainly the best.

    Anthony Bourdain wrote about French Laundry (in CA) in “A Cook’s Tour” and made it sound like probably the best meal on the planet. I would even eat red meat at French Laundry!
