Go to Summerfest 2009 in Milwaukee

The music. The eat-and-drink-yourself-into-a-stupor. The fireworks. The people watching. And most of all, the company of Mollie and Julie!

Luggage in trunk – check! Plants watered – check. Family kissed goodbye – check. Driving directions – check. I-Pass in glove compartment – check. Taking off for Milwaukee in 2 hours!!! :)

1st day (26th)- Puddle of Mudd
2nd day (27th)- Dropkick Murphys and the Offspring
5th day (29th)- Needtobreathe, Brett Dennen and Mat Kearney or Heart
9th day (3rd) – Shinedown
11th day (5th)- told Em I would go see Relient K and Red Jumpsuit Apparatus with her :)

go a night or two… seems like its going to be sooo much more!!
Can not wait!!!

Though I have an ever-so-kind local to host me the first night (can’t wait!), I still needed to book the hotel room for the second night, which I’ve now done! I’ll get my Summerfest tickets purchased within the next couple of days to get the discounted rate, then am halfway there!

Oh, and I guess now might be the time to inform Hubby about this. :)

I need to firm up my plans for this – I just read on the website that you can get discounted admission tickets if you order online by June 6. _{Discount = music to NN’s cheap-ass ears! :D}
