Damn, it is hard to get the right job. Many things are to be considered. I wish I could go back to the time where a job was only for a stepping stone to another one.
When you are 30, it is not only about you being selective but also, the employer’s consideration of having you is undeniable.
30 is definitely the worst age of being unemployed. It’s like you’re in the edge of a cliff where you must jump to the other side. It’s only 2 things… whether you successfully reach the other side or fall. So much pressure in you.
I wonder how do we solve this? Anyone?

I find in some ways, getting the right job involves so many compromises that it may not be worth it. I’ve got a management degree and an arts degree. I have found in management roles your time isn’t your own – you are always the example to the other employees and overtime is often demanded. Often the right job would require you to move to a certain place, if you don’t already live in a big city. So I don’t know, contentment with any job is better in some ways than all the compromise required, don’t you think?
