Anyone will do, from the 600 Monster, right up to the firebreathing 999R.
If I were you, I’d stick with a trusty old aircooled DesmoDue, like a Monster 1000, or a Multistrada.
Go for it.

I started with a 600 Monster Dark, and went on to a ‘97 SS 900, and will probably switch to a ‘99 SS 900 soon.
