just want you and everyone to know that I am saying, NO to all future birthday joining goals requests. I really appreciate the offer of joining an individual or team goal of someone else’s team. They are causing me too much emotional pain, and anxiety in my life. Thank you

Thanks to the time difference between me in Pennsylvania and her in Arizona, this is still an on time birthday greeting. (The same won’t be true for HobokenMartha.) I was glad to see the invites from Flirt coming out today and I had intended to get these wishes done much earlier but wound up going on a three hour ambulance call that reminded me much of Gilligan’s three hour tour. I was having trouble loving every minute of it, so I wish she had been there with me to help me find the motivation to do that. Here are my wishes for her for the coming year:

May she make the time to complete “The Artist’s Way” and as she does that may she create small pieces of art to leave for others to find. May she learn the hymns in ASL, and then sing them at temple at least once a month. And may she continue to be there for her mom, and consider writing an encouraging note to her now and then.
