lipglosskiller too many fingers, too many thumbs..something wicked this way comes
Since I quit my job at the gym, I just have not been motivated enough to work out. I pay for a gym membership…and I go there once a month. I HAVE the time for it. I’m just being lazy.
I’d love to get back to working out religiously every other day, but any exercise goal that is set too high ultimately gets dropped. I’ll start small and gradually work my way up, until I’m back on track.

Friday:

Unfortunately the pool is closing for 3 weeks on Monday, I guess I will just have to start doing more cardio.

SO close! I almost made it to my 4 week mark and then I only went one time this week!
I did sign up for the 100 mile swimming club so that should definitely motivate me. On average I don’t think I’m doing too poorly.

Monday – 20 mins on bike
– 30 mins on elliptical
Wednesday – 2200 yards swimming
Friday – 2400 yards swimming
– 45 mins of weights

This week hasn’t been quite as successful as last week but I made the two times, woo. I could have gone 4 this week as well but opted for cuddling on the couch a couple night instead.

I’ve lost nice amount of weight which is a good thing at this point but I still need to tone now to get my body looking and feeling great.

I’m going to wait until I’ve done this for at least four weeks before I mark this as complete. I just joined a super sweet gym so I think it will be pretty easy! They have tv’s attached to each of the elliptical/treadmill/stairsteppers/stationary bikes, which is ridiculous!
