I’ve been eating the “optimal way” for a few months now (at least 2). I eat a lot of plant based foods (mostly raw fruits and vegetables) and no processed food. I eat a bit of chicken and fish and I drink my cup of tea (that I enjoy so much) each evening after dinner.
I don’t feel like it’s hard because I really enjoy eating this way, I didn’t really enjoy eating in the past but now I love it more than ever.
I don’t know many recipes for now but my repertoire is slowly growing :)
