make a personal card, kind of like a business card

I was given one of these at a seminar thing. The person who gave it to me had some information I need, contact me he said, and gave me his “card”.

It has his and his wife’s name, address, phone numbers and email addresses.

At the moment if I want to give some one my private contact details I write them on the back of my business card, but seeing I’m about to finish up at work that will end.
