Help Tidds raise money for the Cancer Council by running in the Sydney City 2 Surf in August

Tidds was called away suddenly and won’t be on here for a few weeks.

She wanted to thank everyone so very much for their generous and kind support in her City to Surf run last Sunday.

I had meant to do this on Monday but got swamped with work projects and then wasn’t online at all yesterday. Today though I got right to making my donation since Tidds’ run is just four days away. Thanks to the awesome support from 43T Tidds only needs $AUD 20 to meet her fundraising goal of $500. She is running next weekend in the Sydney City 2 Surf for the Cancer Council. on the Sydney City 2 Surf for the Cancer Council on August 9. While I am in Phoenix, Arizona and Tidds is on the other side of the world I have opted to pledge my support to her on her run with a donation to cheer her on. Tidds, for anyone who doesn’t know her well, is Nonnacookbooker’s daughter!!!!

Cancer is something that affects so many people in so many ways be it here in Phoenix or on the other side of the world in Australia. We are all in this fight together. Tidds still needs a little help in reaching her goal to raise $500 for the Cancer Council. If you have an extra $5.00 or so to pledge, you can go here.

Also, the really cool thing is that the exchange rate is actually in our (U.S.) favor for a change. I pledged $25. and I actually only spent right around $20. It’s kind of like a two-fer. I got to support Tidds AND go to a sale at the same time. (eh . . . I did say “kinda”)

Next weekend is the big day, and Tidds has been working really hard
