show more interest in other people

There always seem to be people complaining that I don’t pay attention..which is true..to be honest, I have a head full of nonsense of my own and not much space for other people’s nonsense..

Sure, I listen to what is said but if I am not interested, I start to zone out..it’s a bad habit that i have had since childhood..which has helped me through some difficult situations and I guess that now my brain believes that if it is non of my concern, i don’t need the information.

This makes me a very selfish person..I realise that..

so today I decide to show more interest in other people.
