How I did it: I took a notebook I had lying around, and I labeled each page with the date for the course of my workout plan, except the first page. On the first page, I listed my weight and body measurements at the start.
I wrote a motivational phrase on each page, like "Keep going!" or "Don't give up now!"
I also cut out pictures from magazines of women with good bodies and put them throughout the notebook. Read how I did it… 5 years ago
