Since I grew up there, I have wandered through valleys and over mountains and followed and then crossed many streams. It gave me enough material to write something like The Lord of the Rings. One time I even hiked with my eyes closed while a friend was guiding me (experiment in blindness). Strangely, eating chocolate before a hike seemed to help the most with having enough energy. When I get on a roll I might even not notice the blisters on my feet…
