I’ve wanted to take up running for a long time but I was never really sure how to do it. Today I googled “how to start running for fitness” and I came accross a website that offered a plan to go from “couch potato to 5K runner” in two months.
I am excited about this. With warmer weather coming, I’m eager to can start this plan. I just need to figure out when I can go since I always seem to need a sitter to do ANYthing outside the home.
- I want to exercise everyday for at least 30 mins. – 1 hr.
- Focus more on cardio (jumping rope, bike, etc.)
i train my stomach muscles 3 times a week… or at least i try =P but sincerely i do exercices really often and I’m proud of it =D

I have been going to the gym after work twice a week for about the last month.
I have also been riding my bike and walking more, although not regularly.
I’d like to work up to using the gym three times a week and walking or biking twice.
i want to excersise 4 times a week. jogging in the morning and go to the gym after work!!

I rode my bike three times, but it’s hard to get out of the house. I can’t go with A. because the trailer hitch is MIA, and hubby’s hardly ever home. The only time I can go regularly w/o kids is in the early AM…...... and we are still working on getting to bed earlier in order to open up that door of opportunity.

Hubby wants to slim down, and I need to tone up. I suggested that we go biking often this summer to meet our goals. He seemed to like the idea… but I really need him to get on board. He wants to go off road, which is fine, but I’m worried that if we can’t get a sitter and go out on the trails he won’t want to go at all.
2 days ago I was on Gym, alone! =D ..and I was working out with pleasure :) It strange but when my body is tired after excersising I feel so relaxed and proud..it is sth with endorphin hormone I suppose ;P
I’d like to go to the Gym or areobic at least once a week and do some excersises at home too. I hope I’ll be persistent enough…Maybe you have some tips about that? :>
