I’m in college, so it’s really hard not to buy off-brand cereal and Ramen noodles all the time. SO… this is the diet I’ve created for myself. It’s not going to be a “lose weight” diet, just… to get healthy-er.
MEAT: Chicken, sliced turkey, eggs. Steak when at home.
FRUIT: any
VEGETABLES: any
DAIRY: milk, cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt.
CARBS: (good) cereal—NO CANDY CEREALS, bread, pasta.
avoid oils, sugars, salts and butter.
please please please please
AND NO MORE POP. ONLY JUICE, WATER, MILK.

Alright, these are officially going on the list of things I’m giving up on, cold turkey:
1. candy. ALL CANDY
2. Ice cream
3. cookies
4. Give up on chips and/or popcorn, unless watching a movie.
I think that sounds good… right?

I’ve been able to eat ten times better than I have previously for the past two months. Fruits, veggies, good healthy things and not that much sweets or fried. Even with a bunch of crap in the house from the roommate.

My goal is to not eat any more chocolate or have any more greesy food for the rest of the week with the exception of dinner with dad on Thursday. Chocolate milk is ok

I want to stop putting junk food, sugary food, greasy food, and fast food into my system. I want to place the above with vitamins and fruits and vegetables. My goal is going to start with me tracking my intake daily. See what’s going on and what needs to change.

I made myself this beautiful tofu, black bean, bell pepper, zuchinni, onion, leek, garlic and corn delicous meal over sweet potatoes.
Then I decided to eat tons of chocolate to combat how wonderfully healthy my body was feeling. Great. Thumbs way down on this stupid goal.
