total fail last night… and i woke up this morning to another storm.
tomorrow: 20 minute jog. easy-peasy.

my thirty minute jog turned into a 26 minute run, but at least i got my butt outside…
tonight? speed training. i’m a little apprehensive, but i think the hardest part will be getting myself to the track.

my excuses of the past 2 pre-training weeks have been:
- i’m tired
- i’m too hungry
- i’m too full
- it’s hot outside
- it’s raining
- it looks like it might rain
- i’ll do it tomorrow morning
i just have to do one simple thing per day. why is this so difficult??
tonight: go jogging for 30 minutes. that’s all.
