    This is going to have to go on hold for a while. 2 weeks ago

    It was going very well, especially seeing as I work from home and live in a nice neighbourhood (3 beautiful parks within walking distance of my house is a great motivator!). But recently I developed a bursitis in my hip and it’s been really painful to walk. I had an injection directly into the hip (scary! you should have seen the length of the needle!), but it just isn’t coming right.

    Has anyone else been through this? If you have any advice that worked for you, maybe some exercises I could try, please comment here or send me a PM. Getting a bit sick and tired of feeling 60 in my 20s!
