In June 2008, I attended the Writers League of Texas conference in Austin. It’s like speed-dating for writers seeking agents. I wound up with a list of nine potential agents and sent submissions in August 1008. I’m currently receiving rejection letters and compiling names of other agents to query. It’s not for the faint of heart, but doing it makes me feel like a “real” writer.

This novel propels the reader into the international world of political espionage and deceit. The reader is taken on a roller coaster ride to find a nuclear warhead that could go off at any moment only to see it disappear and reappear months later on another continent in a whole new environment of players. When Death is the pawn no one is King. A fascinating read for those who envy our men and women in uniform.
