Definitely have to work on those, I get too caught up in the action to lead sometimes.

Take note of where you would benefit from skill or experience building and keep in mind your long-term goals as you plan your professional development. For example, you may want to periodically enroll in a certificate program, take a workshop on an area of interest and/or of importance, or seek out a mentor. At a minimum, it is a good idea to focus on developing or deepening at least one skill a year.
