go up the down escalator and down the up

I was 18 and working in a department store. Well, early in the morning, we’d open our stations for the day and then get bored, waiting for the store to open. There were a lot of young people and that was one of the ways we amused ourselves … we’d have escalator races up and down. Definitely go up the down escalator and down the up escalator at least once in your life. And try to come in through the out door and out through the in door.

Great goal!
Every person needs to do this childish thing at least once!
Have been kicked out of a few major clothing stores for doing this. (Mainly Debenhams)

This is a crazy goal to achive but hard in a way.

Did it in a museum, for the sheer hell of it. Going down the up escalator was easy as pie, but when I went to do it the other way around I got stuck on it. I got to the top and kept climbing and climbing, the escalator moved down and pulled me with it…maybe I gave up on it too quickly. :p

I looked foolish and my friend mocked me, haha. Still, it was sort of fun…

i always think about it…never have the guts to go through with it. sooooon….

So i was in the mall with my little sister and i was running up the down escalator. i was wearing a short skirt and flip flops and i was 2 steps from the top and then my flip flop caught onto the the steps and i fell. and i guess my foot like hit the stair thingies way bad because it started bleeding alot and there was a gash in it. that was pretty fun.haha

it is fun to do this. but you have to be pretty quick depending on the speed of the escalator otherwise you stay in the same spot.

when I did this, but I remember getting the utmost satisfaction out of it. That was my idea of going wild and breaking all the rules.
