The reason I have added this goal was because I felt My life is at halt, and that Everytime something bad happens to me, I have something to ‘comfort’ me – and I don’t like that.
It’s creating a pattern in which nor I or my loved ones are used to, it makes me feel like I am a totally different person.
So this is to make me feel like myself.
I will try to get out of the house other than shopping, for example, joining college or when I find employment.
I will check this goal once, I have no need to ‘SORT’ my life out, and I am actively supporting myself and not stuck in a rut.

I went to my local jobcentre plus alone today (usually I’d go with someone such as family or friends), But today I really wanted to go..
It was slightly less – daunting as I took my car with me, Just in case I wanted a couple of minutes to myself to ‘calm down’ and stop the I-can’t-do-it feeling..
But I just drove, parked the car, got to what needed doing, came out and drove back home – simple..
As a treat – I went to the library (I am on a Budget not to spend any money on anything other than food/drink, and petrol for my car)..
and got some books to read, some are Get – a – job goal related, others are just for a fun read..
So in short day was great, I was sweating in panic, but not for one minute did I let them show it.. Deep breaths also helped..
I will try and go out ALONE more.. soon (This is getting out of my comfort zone step 1)..
