I know this may have seemed like an easy goal to achieve but I really do not like drinking water. Juice, milk, coffee…fine, but water has no taste. However, I did drink 8 glasses of water today, plus some. I am going to try it again today. Baby steps, right? I highly encourage everyone to carry a jug of water around with them. It has helped my memory, my thinking, gosh, almost everything. Life just seems fuller when I’m quenched.

I’m sort of cheating because I’m drinking my 8 glasses of water because I’m fasting. However, it’s still 8 glasses so fair is fair;) I didn’t realize how much water that was…but I actually feel more…alive. Like, I’m acknowledging things around me and not just “going through” the day as normal. I could get used to this water thing, if I wasn’t peeing constantly.
