How I did it: I did this purely by diet. I wanted to get down to a normal BMI before working out at the gym. I am down to 137.4 lbs. Thank fucking God it's about time. I did this probably by getting tonsillitis for the last few lbs not going to lie . I think I'm going to have to start working out. So far in all I've lost 46 lbs and now it's coming off so slowly it's painful. Read how I did it… 4 months ago

Today I am down to 142 lbs. Finally. It’s about time. lol I need to lose 4 more lbs to complete this goal. I will then be at 138 lbs. When I get to 136, I can finally complete my BMI under 25 goal. :) I would like to get down to 130-133 preferably. I might then be able to fit into a size 6 and lose another 3 inches off my waist. (keeping my fingers crossed.)Losing weight has been kind of fun. It’s fun to see where you’re at, and how much weight you lost. :) 6 months ago

I weighed myself this morning and it was down to 143. :) Yep this keeps me motivated. When I see numbers on the scale dropping, it makes me feel so good. :)I need to lose 5 more lbs. I started at 153 lbs now I’m down to 143. My end goal for this goal is 138 lbs. For me to be in the healthy BMI range I need to have a weight of 136 lbs. For now I’m just focusing on my 138 lbs. But eventually I’d like to get down to 125-130 lbs. Only problem is I’m going home this weekend. Whenever I go home, I gain a few lbs. Screws me over for a few weeks at least. Can’t I just go down to the 130s? Where I haven’t been since grade 12? But I went for a brisk walk last night I’m pretty sure that helped. I’m going to go again. 6 months ago
Lately I’ve been fluctuating between 146, and 145. It’s my period though, so i’m always a bit bloated at this time. Grr. But I’m continuing with my awesome diet. I bought a big thing of tiny packs of nerds (the candy) for a dollar at the grovery store it was leftover halloween candy. :) Now every time I’m craving canoli, I have a pack of nerds instead. This has been helpful! I’m not depriving myself but I’m not really fully indulging myself either. Way less than half the fat and calories. :) 6 months ago

So I’m down to 146 lbs. Whew!!!! Maybe by the day after tomorrow I can make it back down to 145 lbs. That would be nice. I have a week before I meet my ex. I was 153 lbs when he dumped me so I’m hoping to be at least 143 lbs. :) 6 months ago
so I’m up to 147 lbs. FML. I was down to 144 and I gained 3 lbs. It doesn’t sound like a lot, but it’s a pretty big deal to me. I must continue with my new eating habits and go for regular walks. :) Hopefully I can get down to 145 lbs and then 143 lbs and then 140 lbs. When I do it that way it makes it so much more managable. lol 6 months ago
