Never Pay Your Contractor in Full — 2 weeks ago
I have new Pergo flooring, but the floor boards still need to go in. Waiting for a return call from the contractor who I paid in full. Dumb.

My kitchen was last remodeled back in the 1970s with them linoleum floor that’s crying out to me to replace it.
I need to get some good tools to remove the flooring.
This kitchen needs a change. Decisions. Decisions. Should the wall come down, or not? New cupboards certainly. New counter. New floors. Fresh paint. I spend most of my days in this room – why not make it beautiful and comfortable?
Its currently functional but there are quite a few issues from the cabinet hardware to the floor.
Granite countertops, Refaced cabinets, New dishwasher and oven/stove, and new tiled floors!
This won’t happen this year, but is a definite in the 2-3 year timeframe.
I would really like to redo my kitchen. It is very outdated. The ceramic tile was installed sloppily. The laminate countertops are falling apart, since the previsous owner did the counters himself and did not do them neatly or well.
